On Saturday it was my friend Liz's wedding.
It was a beautiful ceremony with a Hollywood-themed reception.
Here is the happy couple! Doesn't Liz look gorgeous?!
Liz and I have been friends since college. We have a lot in common. We were both born on Dec. 27. We both majored in journalism at the same university. We interned at the same television station. We even dated the same crazy Mike (and laughed about it when we found out).
And we both started dating our Ryans at the same time!
(This is my Rian, wearing his Etro tie, which I bought him three years ago.)
Here were the cakes for the wedding reception. Liz was kind enough to allow her husband, Ryan, to pick out a keg cake to accompany their traditional one. Haha!
Rian and I had a lovely time at the wedding. We drank loads of white wine, slow danced to Boyz II Men, and gazed into each other's eyes all night. It was very romantic.
